MyHome-E

Terms of Use

Draft — under legal review · Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms cover the MyHome-E app, the realtor dashboard, and the realtor websites we host (together, “the service”). The service is run by Prints of Row & Oak, LLC, a Texas company (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What the app is, and isn't

MyHome-E helps you keep track of your home and stay in touch with your realtor. It is for information only.

  • Home values in the app are estimates, set by you or your realtor or taken from a data source. They are not appraisals.
  • Loan payoff, equity, “you’d walk away with”, net sheets and the calculators are estimates worked out from the numbers entered. Real figures come from your lender, title company and closing documents.
  • Nothing in the service is legal, tax, financial, lending or investment advice. Talk to a licensed professional before you decide.
  • Your realtor is an independent professional, not our employee or agent. We are not a party to any sale, purchase, offer or service you arrange, and we don’t stand behind the pros listed in the app.

Using the app

You join the app through an invite link from your realtor, or a share link from a friend. Your connection lives on your phone, so keep your phone locked and tell your realtor if it’s lost. You’re responsible for what you enter and upload, and for having the right to upload it.

Realtor accounts

  • You must hold an active real estate license where you work, and keep your account details accurate.
  • Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Only add and invite people you have a working relationship with and permission to contact. Follow the law when you contact them, including leads from your website.
  • You’re responsible for what you add: documents, homes, listings, notes, notifications and website content. It must be accurate, and yours to share.
  • Your website, listings and any thank-you for referrals must follow the license law, advertising rules and brokerage policies that apply to you (in Texas, for example, TREC’s rules on broker names, the Information About Brokerage Services notice and the Consumer Protection Notice), and fair housing law. Our templates help, but compliance is yours.
  • Paid plans and add-ons are priced as shown when you subscribe. The app is free for your clients.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to:

  • break the law, or discriminate in housing
  • upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything harmful such as malware
  • reach information that isn’t yours, or test, probe or get around our security
  • send spam, or harass anyone
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it with automated tools

Your content

What you put into the service stays yours. You let us store, copy, show and process it only as needed to run the service, including showing it to your realtor or your clients as the Privacy Policy describes. We may use usage information to run and improve the service.

Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time. Homeowners can delete the app and ask us to delete their information; realtors can ask us to close their account, at support@myhome-e.app. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others at risk. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last (such as the limits on liability) keep applying after that.

Changes to the service

We keep improving the service, so features may change, be added or be removed. We’ll give realtors notice of changes that affect what they pay for.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates in it are accurate.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or deals. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Realtors' responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of a realtor’s content, website or conduct, that realtor agrees to cover our reasonable costs and losses from it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell realtors before it takes effect. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
