MyHome-E is an app a real estate agent gives to their clients so they can keep their home’s details, documents, value and trusted pros in one place. It is made by Prints of Row & Oak, LLC, a Texas company (“we”, “us”). This page covers the MyHome-E app, the realtor dashboard, and the realtor websites we host at myhome-e.app. It says what we collect, who can see it, and what we don’t do.

The short version

  • You don’t create an account in the app. Your realtor invites you, and the app connects to you without a password.
  • Your realtor can see what you keep in the app, except notes you mark “Just for Me”. They can read it but can’t change it.
  • Your realtor also sees a short, fixed list of things you do in the app, listed below. Nothing else.
  • We see how the app is used, so we can run it and make it better.
  • No ads, no ad tracking, and we never sell your information.
  • Your documents are stored privately. Only you and your realtor can open them.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time: support@myhome-e.app.

How the app connects to you

Your realtor adds you as a client in their dashboard (your name, and the email and phone number they have for you) and sends you an invite link. When you open the link, the app gets an anonymous sign-in on that phone and links it to the record your realtor made. We don’t ask for a password or a separate sign-up. If you get a new phone, your realtor sends a fresh link, which moves the connection to the new phone.

What you keep in the app

  • Your home’s details: address, size, rooms, utilities (including account numbers you enter), HOA details and notes.
  • Loan details: sale price, loan amount, interest rate, lender and closing date.
  • Your home’s estimated value and any value alert you set.
  • Documents and photos you upload, and contacts you add.
  • If you’re buying: your Love It / Maybe / Pass picks and reasons, notes, tour ratings, and homes you send your realtor.

What your realtor can see

Your realtor can see your client record, your home details, rooms, utilities, loan details, estimated value and value alert, your home photo, your documents (including the ones you upload), and, if you’re buying, your picks, reasons, tour ratings and offers. They see your notes on homes unless you mark a note “Just for Me”. They can see whether your phone can receive notifications, and the notifications sent to you.

Your realtor can read what you enter but can’t change it. Your realtor keeps your client record (name, email, phone) up to date, can fill in your home’s details when they first add you, runs the parts they share with you (your timeline, homes, tours and offers), and can add documents for you, changing or removing only the ones they added. The contacts you add yourself are not shared with your realtor. These rules are enforced by our database, not just by the app.

Some things you do are sent to your realtor on purpose, as an alert:

  • turning on “I’m starting to look at homes” (or off again)
  • asking for a cash offer
  • if you’re buying: rating homes, saying you want to make an offer, or sending a home you found
  • a friend joining through your share link (see “Sharing the app”)

Your activity your realtor sees

The app keeps a record of what you do in it. Your realtor sees only these parts of that record:

  • when you open the app
  • when you look at your Equity screen, with the value, loan balance and “you’d walk away with” amount it showed
  • when you open the Move calculator, and the final numbers you land on (the price you could afford, your cash, down payment and monthly payment)
  • when you open a document
  • if you’re buying: which homes you look at, your picks and reasons, when you open a home’s listing link or listing sheet, when you look at a tour or an offer, when you say you want to make an offer, and when you send a home you found
  • when you share the app, and when someone joins through your link

Everything else in the record, such as which other screens you open, what you edit, and the payment calculator, is seen only by us. The text of your notes is never part of it.

What we see and why

We can see the activity record for everyone who uses the app, linked to the client record. We use it to run the service, understand how the app is used, fix problems and decide what to improve. Our systems store everything described on this page; we look at personal details only when we need to run the service, fix a problem you report, or because the law requires it.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app stores your phone’s notification token so we can send them. We send notifications about your sale or purchase (timeline steps, homes, tours and offers), notes from your realtor, and alerts you set. We keep a copy of each notification so it can be delivered and so your realtor can see what was sent. No marketing notifications. You can turn them off in your phone’s settings at any time.

Sharing the app

When you tap Share, the app makes a link that belongs to you. A friend who opens it sees your realtor’s name and photo and your first name. If they join, they become your realtor’s client, and your realtor sees their name and that you referred them. Your realtor can turn your link off.

If you're a realtor

When you sign up for the dashboard we keep your name, email and password (stored by our sign-in provider in a form no one can read back, including us), and what you add to your profile: phone, brokerage, license number and state, photo and logo. We also keep what you add to the service: your clients and invites, the pros you share, documents, homes you send, tours, offers, timelines and notes. Your clients’ app shows your profile and the pros you share. You see your clients’ information and activity as described above. You are responsible for having the right to add and invite the people you add, and for how you use what you see.

Realtor websites

Realtors can publish a public website on our domain. When a visitor sends the contact, “Get my app” or listing question form, we store the name, phone, email and message they enter and show it to that realtor only. We count visits as one daily total per site. We don’t set cookies on those pages, and we don’t store visitors’ IP addresses. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. What a realtor puts on their site is theirs and is public.

Who else handles your information

We use a few service providers, only to run MyHome-E:

  • Supabase, for our database, file storage and sign-in (including sign-in and password emails to realtors)
  • Vercel, which hosts the realtor dashboard and the realtor websites
  • Apple, which delivers notifications to iPhones and distributes the app

We share information with others only if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (in which case this policy keeps applying).

What we don't do

  • We don’t show ads.
  • We don’t track you across other apps or websites, and there are no ad or third-party analytics tools in the app.
  • We don’t sell or rent your personal information.

How we protect it

Everything travels over encrypted connections. Database rules decide who can read each record, so your realtor sees only their own clients and the rules above. Documents and photos sit in private storage and open through links that expire within an hour. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while you’re your realtor’s client. To have it deleted, email support@myhome-e.app with your name and your realtor’s name (we may check with your realtor that the request is yours). Deleting your client record removes your home details, documents, photos, contacts, notes, activity record and phone connection. Deleting the app from your phone stops it on that phone but doesn’t delete what’s stored.

Realtors can ask the same address to close their account. Closing a realtor account deletes the client records under it, including those clients’ app data.

Your choices and rights

You can change or remove most of what you keep right in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, at support@myhome-e.app. If the law where you live gives you other privacy rights, we’ll honor them.

Children

MyHome-E is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top, and tell realtors about important changes before they take effect.
